Mr. Hernandez's is a graduate of Duke University, Florida State University and Harvard Law School. He is a member of the United States Middle District of Florida Federal Court, the United States Southern District of Florida, the United States Eleventh District Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, as well as a member of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Hernandez has participated and graduated from various trial lawyer colleges, including being one of less than 1,000 trial lawyers to graduate from the prestigious Trial Lawyers College founded by Gerry Spence. Mr. Hernandez has also been involved in the Florida Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He has also handled multiple cases receiving compensation for clients exceeding $1 million dollars.
